Publish artwork on Wuyuren website and offline gallery; auction their work to raise money and awareness on villagers’ situations - use those money to improve their life-quality; become mentors who can inspire their peers to action.

Long-term one-on-one online or offline peer mentoring, guiding underprivileged children to create arts and enhance their social awareness.

SPUR

Art as a form of communication and mutual inspiration: exchange unique perspectives, build connections, inspire social action, and spur peers’ urge to create.

In Yiqia Village, due to the lack of quality education, Uyghur youth lack opportunities to develop their creative skills and enhance their awareness of pressing local issues that threaten sustainable development. Villagers are harmed by climate change, biodiversity loss, lack of health care, and gender inequality. We will enhance their improve and awareness of local issues, and enhance their creative capacity to advocate for their needs through the arts, thus accelerating the problem-solving process.
